Welcome to Avielle Jay Beauty. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling.
All bookings are made via our contact form or directly through consultation. A non-refundable retainer fee may be required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your final balance.
We primarily serve Austin and Central Texas but are happy to travel. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our primary service area. Any additional travel costs (lodging, parking, tolls, etc.) will be discussed prior to confirmation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may forfeit the retainer. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Payments may be made online via secure invoicing. Full payment is due on or before the date of service unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
To ensure a smooth experience, please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund, depending on scheduling constraints.
Clients must disclose any skin allergies, conditions, or sensitivities prior to application. Avielle Jay Beauty is not liable for any reactions that may occur if conditions are not disclosed.
While we strive for the highest quality service and sanitation, Avielle Jay Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions, lost or damaged property, or unforeseen circumstances affecting your event.
We may request your permission to photograph the final look for use on our website or social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook. Images will only be posted with your express consent.
These terms may be updated without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
